Datasheets are not delivered automatically. When you submit a datasheet request, your details are sent to our team as a notification. We review the request, and a member of our team may contact you by phone to confirm that the request is legitimate. Once confirmed, we send the datasheet to the channel you prefer.

This manual process is deliberate. It lets us handle technical information about our products responsibly and confirm that materials reach genuine, appropriate recipients.

Where data-protection law requires us to have a lawful basis for processing your information (for example, under the GDPR for visitors in Europe, POPIA in South Africa, and the DPDP Act in India), we rely on the following:

• Your request. Processing necessary to take steps at your request, such as responding to an enquiry or preparing a datasheet you asked for.
• Legitimate interests. Processing necessary for our legitimate interest in verifying enquiries, protecting sensitive technical materials, and running our business, balanced against your rights.

Please do not submit any classified, controlled, or export-restricted technical information through the forms on this site. The forms are for general enquiries only.

We keep your information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or for as long as required by law.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it securely.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. These include restricting access to those who need it and using reputable, secured systems to store and transmit data.
