The core inside everything we build.

Ozak thermal core module, disassembled

TRIMER is our indigenous thermal core. It is the clearest proof of how deep our engineering goes, and we are honest about exactly where that depth begins.

The TRIMER Story

Every Ozak thermal product is powered by TRIMER, the indigenous uncooled thermal core, developed over four and a half years of in house engineering by our technology partner DC Tech. The infrared sensor at its heart is sourced internationally, the same sourcing every Indian and most global manufacturers rely on, because that sensor technology does not yet exist in India. What is Indian-engineered is everything that turns that sensor into a usable image: the processing, the correction algorithms, the firmware, and the integration. TRIMER runs on indigenous source code and sovereign firmware.

That honesty is the point. We do not claim what we have not built. We claim, accurately, the engineering that makes our thermal imaging perform.

What TRIMER Does

Inside the core

TRIMER captures infrared radiation through a germanium optical path and converts it into a clear thermal image, in daylight or total darkness, and through smoke, dust, and fog where visible light fails. Its built-in image signal processing handles bad-pixel correction, non-uniformity correction, tone mapping, digital detail enhancement, and contrast enhancement, automating image quality even in zero-visibility conditions.

Indigenous image processing, correction, and integration.

Vibration and shock tested to defence standards.

Configurable across multiple resolution and detector classes.

Offered as an OEM module for integration into sights, surveillance cameras, drone payloads, PTZ systems, and driver vision systems.

Two Technologies, One Standard

The two are complementary. Within our range, the cooled option is a configuration of Mantis PTZ, not a separate product, so the operator chooses the range the mission needs.

Cooled

Cooled sensors hold the detector at sub-zero temperature for far greater range, at the cost of size, weight, and price, which suits stationary long-range surveillance.

Uncooled

Uncooled sensors work at ambient temperature, which keeps a product small, light, and ideal for soldier-borne and weapon-mounted use.

The DC Tech Partnership

Our Technology Partner

Ozak develops its core technology in collaboration with DC Tech, our long-term technology and engineering partner. The partnership gives us deep electronics, embedded systems, and firmware capability, and it is part of how we move quickly and build honestly. We credit it plainly, because transparency about how a product is engineered is part of what makes it trustworthy.
